Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. The 7-day trial is full access and cardless. You only add a card if you choose to subscribe.
How much does Sponsorella cost?
$24/month or $199/year, self-serve. No sales call and no add-on fees from us.
Does Sponsorella take a cut of my brand deals?
No. 0%. Brands pay you directly. We never hold or delay your money.
Are there contracts or lock-in?
No contracts. Cancel in 2 clicks. Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage plan.
Will auto-renew surprise me?
Your plan and renewal date are shown in Settings. Cancel before the renewal date and you won't be charged again.
What happens when the trial ends?
You'll see a simple paywall. Your public profile link stays live (read-only); editing comes back when you subscribe.
Can I cancel a yearly plan?
Yes, anytime. You keep access through the period you already paid for and it won't renew.
Who owns my numbers and prices?
You do. You type them in. We don't scrape or sell creator data.
How do I delete or export my data?
Email help@sponsorella.com with the subject "Privacy request". We usually reply within 1 business day.
Is my payment info safe?
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. We never store your full card number.
Can Sponsorella find brands for me?
Brand discovery is coming soon on paid plans. Today you add brands you want to pitch to the tracker.
